Nyasha Ngowe moved into Support Analyst

I took a long career break and so it became challenging for me to secure employment. After 3 long months of searching, it finally dawned on me that I needed to refresh my knowledge and update my skills to improve my employability. I came across IT Career Switch as I was looking online which offered training that matched my area of expertise and covered various other relevant areas AND guaranteed a job after training which was very appealing.

I enjoyed the practical experience that comes with simulations, but the most interesting part of this traineeship was the flexibility of studying at my own pace and in the comfort of my home and still be able to care for my children and enjoy my personal life.

We are a professional development services company and as a Support Analyst my day to day job involves first line support to clients in various enterprises that use our products to help streamline their business operations, primarily accounting, payroll, and customer relations. At this stage I am still learning different areas and shadowing my team-mates, honestly, I am delighted with all the help and support I get from the entire AWSM team. It is so satisfying to be a part of such an amazing team of people.
