Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship as I was looking to make a career switch and had a real passion for all things computers so it was a logical switch.
What did you enjoy most?
The Security courses. Very interesting.
What's your current role like?
I’m working as a First Responder Desktop Engineer so I’m the first point of contact for customers calling in with issues. From here I either resolve the issue myself if it’s a quick fix or escalate to a more senior engineer.
