Why did you start the Cyber Security Traineeship?

I started the Traineeship because I had a keen interest in IT and didn’t know where to start, and I saw IT Career Switch as a great opportunity to get my foot in the door.

What did you enjoy most?

The thing I enjoyed the most about the Traineeship was the help that was always on offer. When I needed assistance with something I found difficult, there was always someone happy to give me a hand.

What's your current role like?

My current role is Cloud Support Analyst at REED. I am really enjoying it, everyone is very welcoming to me being new to the field, and I am learning more and more every day.
