Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the Traineeship after feeling that my previous career aspirations and job weren’t taking me in the direction I wanted. I wanted to enter an industry with lots of opportunities, ongoing learning, and room for growth, which the Network Engineer Traineeship made possible.
What did you enjoy most?
I most enjoyed working through the stages of the Traineeship and feeling like I was constantly learning and improving my knowledge.
What's your current role like?
I’m still in training in my current role, but it’s been a great environment to apply the skills I built during my Traineeship. I feel like I’m gaining strong experience, and I can envision a clear and realistic career path for my future.
