Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the Traineeship because after spending over 10 years in hospitality, I wanted a change of career that gave me a better working environment, work-life balance and opportunities to grow and progress.
What did you enjoy most?
What I enjoyed most was that I could pick and choose when to study and fit it around my other commitments.
What's your current role like?
My current role is a dream come true. Great company, great environment, full of friendly people. Learning and progressing every day, I couldn’t ask for more.
