Why did you start the traineeship?
I started my traineeship in January 2024 and not even 8 months later I started my new job as Software Developer… I started my traineeship because I needed a change, a new career for life.
What did you enjoy most?
I especially enjoyed working on the portfolio projects, as they challenged me with problem-solving and allowed me to apply what I was learning in a hands-on way.
What's your current role like?
In my new role, I work with an application tracking system built on Laravel Livewire. I manage dynamic, real-time features while maintaining the efficiency of the software’s backend. My work focuses on delivering a seamless user experience, ensuring the application runs smoothly, and adapting to the evolving needs of the recruitment process. The team are great and a pleasure to work with!
