Why did you start the traineeship?
I wanted to gain more knowledge in IT and more so Practical Knowledge which I strongly gained from the live labs.
What did you enjoy most?
To be fair I enjoyed the practical succession in the live lab more, they gave me a big picture of what I wanted to learn in IT.
What's your current role like?
I work as an IT support engineer dealing more with incidences, and troubleshooting hardware issues and software issues. We are responsible for taking care of over 9000 PCs, Laptops, Printers and iPads, not forgetting the IP phones. I enjoy my job so much as it has exposed me to systems like MECM, and Active Directory which a powerful tools that we use to manage users and computers around the hospital.
