Why did you start the traineeship?
After working over 10 years in hospitality, I decided it was time for a change and IT is something I was always curious about. Plus there is something new to learn every day.
What did you enjoy most?
All courses were enjoyable and I could do them at my own pace after work. And I was enjoying them even more because I was excited about my future. But, the best for me was the LiveLabs stage.
What's your current role like?
I’m working as an IT support technician and it’s great. Every day different tasks, managing user accounts, building new laptops, helpdesk… all aspects of IT and it’s just the beginning.
