Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I just wanted to finally switch my career into IT after working in warehouses and make sure I will be able to support my family. I tried to apply for many positions before but all were unsuccessful. I did not have experience nor qualifications or certifications

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the whole process of learning, gaining knowledge, developing my skills because I knew that I am doing something that will pay off in the future. There was huge support from my tutor who helped me to get on track and who motivated me.

What's your current role like?

I really like and enjoy my current role. I am part of a team that is implementing Microsoft unified communications solutions for small to huge businesses. There is a great progression possibility as well. I was provided with a company car, laptop, and smartphone.
