Why did you start the traineeship?

I’ve been planning to change my professional path to IT for a while. But to do that, I needed to gain relevant experience and certification in the IT field. And for this purpose, IT Career Switch was the best choice for me.

What did you enjoy most?

The course had a clear trajectory, and the support from the Tutor was always fast and helpful. But for me personally it was Livelabs which I liked the most. As I could verify what I learned in classes.

What's your current role like?

My current role is focused on IT support for small and medium businesses, which is exactly what I wanted to do. Resolve everyday problems from email setup, program installation to license management.
