Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

From a young age I have had a strong interest in IT and anything technical for that matter but never found an opportunity to pursue this as a career. IT Career Switch helped me grow my knowledge and provided the foundation for a long and fulfilling career.

What did you enjoy most?

The flexibility it allowed me was fantastic, I could schedule my studies and work around my day. The lab environments and video training were brilliant too.

What's your current role like?

My current role is fantastic, I work closely with the Head of IT and have some amazing projects thrown on my lap that really challenge and excite me. Its the perfect role for me as I’m part of a rapidly expanding company that prioritise emerging tech in order to rival their competitors.
