Why did you start the traineeship?
I knew IT was the correct career choice for me, as I have natural tendencies with IT and I enjoy working with IT. So, I decided to build upon my original skills by starting the course with IT Career Switch
What did you enjoy most?
I really enjoyed all areas of the traineeship, such as learning how to use the command prompt/terminal, networking as it was a new topic for me, and learning the hardware workings of a computer.
What's your current role like?
In my current role, I am supporting customers by responding to usage and technical enquiries and providing system training. Processing and dispatching customer orders including the accurate completion of the company stock records. Receipting, testing and recording deliveries received from suppliers.
