Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I had finished my Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) and had a long career gap since 2009. I thought this course will direct me on the right path and I choose the Cyber Security course with an IT career switch which gave me confidence and required knowledge throughout the course.

What did you enjoy most?

I loved the live labs the most as I felt that I learnt a more practical approach to how to quickly solve the problem and implement it.

What's your current role like?

My designation is IT Support Technician Associate in Tech Mahindra which is the largest IT firm and my job responsibilities includes troubleshooting the Fibre broadband and advising necessary steps related to solving any issues pertaining to both hardware and software.
