Why did you start the traineeship?

As a Lab Analyst, I had a stable but dead-end job. I decided to start a new career in IT as it is full of opportunities and options to progress in your field. This traineeship offered the best way to gain the necessary knowledge to land my first job.

What did you enjoy most?

It provided an excellent structure for self-development. Every step was well designed and I felt prepared when I finished. It gave me much more knowledge than required for an entry-level position.

What's your current role like?

I work as a NOC engineer for one of the biggest business IT companies. It is a 1st line position where we help customers with their network issues. This is one of the best positions to develop and it requires fast learning and constant communication.
