Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship with IT Career Switch as I have always had a passion for IT and computers but never really knew where to begin. This traineeship has given me everything I needed to progress into these fields.
What did you enjoy most?
The most enjoyable part of the traineeship was getting the practical side of the courses. All the videos and course materials were easy to use and were very informational. A big plus was working on your own time but knowing the time you’re putting in is going to be something useful.
What's your current role like?
My current role right now is working as a service desk analyst for Daisy Communications. I love this role as it shows the work I’m doing is actually helping customers with their problems and solving them in a timely manner & with it being a hybrid role, some days are worked from home which is such a bonus.
