Why did you start the Network Engineer Traineeship?

I completed a master’s in computer science but as I lacked relevant work experience, this made it difficult when apply for jobs. The traineeship was perfect as the live lab portion served as the practical experience needed, and the certifications further enhanced my candidacy for the job applications.

What did you enjoy most?

I most enjoyed the certification video content, as the videos were high quality, engaging, and provided clear, comprehensive explanations that made complex concepts easy to understand and apply in real-world scenarios.

What's your current role like?

My current role is both engaging and rewarding, I provide essential technical assistance and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure smooth and efficient resolution of IT issues.
