Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I started the traineeship as I saw it as a great opportunity to leave the Warehousing industry I was in previously. I have always had an interest in working in the IT sector and IT Careerswitch provides easy access to gain the knowledge required.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed being able to learn at my own pace. I found it useful that many topics, which I struggled with initially, were covered again later on.

What's your current role like?

My current role is varied and challenging. I’m dealing with user end problems to try and be fixed from our end before being escalated.
