Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship as I felt that I needed a change in my career. I have always been quite good with computers and felt that I would really enjoy working in an industry where I am always learning and that gives me a great chance to progress each year.

What did you enjoy most?

Getting hands-on experience using the Practice Labs was the best part of the traineeship. It really helped solidify my knowledge and gave me a great talking point in my interview for my current role.

What's your current role like?

I am currently training to work on a service desk. This involves a whole host of different tasks including creating and building accounts, transferring files across secure networks and providing 1st line support over the phone.
