Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

To specialise in network engineering, having finished a degree in Sound Technology before the covid outbreak.

What did you enjoy most?

The LiveLabs were very useful and interesting, in order to put theoretical knowledge into practical use.

What's your current role like?

I’m currently a Technical Remote Specialist at DXC Technology, handling service desk calls and live chats, providing fixes and generating tickets for on-site engineers.
