Why did you start the Project Management Traineeship?

I wanted to make a career change from Investment management to Project management and I felt doing the Traineeship would provide me with the relevant knowledge as well as the high chance of employment afterwards which was the main reason for applying. Mainly being able to show I had relevant skills for the new position when applying for jobs was crucial as I needed a way to stand out and this course helped me do that.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the fact I could go at my own pace, I am a fast learner so being able to study the material and not have to wait to move on to the next stages was beneficial. The easy access to online exams made the process less stressful with not having to get to a venue and I could just focus on passing the exams.

What's your current role like?

I am working as a project manager in the manufacturing industry. I am currently working on a few international projects as well as leading my first project already which is something amazing to do. Currently, I am building a business case which was one of the tasks as part of the course so I felt more prepared to tackle this task.
