Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship because I wanted to build a solid foundation in IT and gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing industry. It was a great way to kick start my career and explore the technical skills required for the field.
What did you enjoy most?
What I enjoyed most about the traineeship was the structured learning process. It involved watching videos, completing mock exams and tests, and working in live labs where I could troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. The live labs were especially helpful for developing my problem-solving skills.
What's your current role like?
In my current role as a First Line Engineer, I mostly work with Microsoft Cloud Services. My responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth operations for clients. What I love most about my job is how interesting and dynamic it is. Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities, which keeps things exciting and helps me grow my skills.
