Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship because I wanted a career change. I always liked to work with computers and I taught that it might be a great start for me. I don’t regret anything about this course.

What did you enjoy most?

I’ve enjoyed all the process, especially the course study because I learned a lot of things, and the labs which gave me the opportunity to work on Virtual Machines and I was happy with the results. The support team was very helpful.

What's your current role like?

My current role is great. I am an IT Infrastructure Engineer (Level 1) and I find myself very well in this environment. I got lucky because my manager and also the team are great, they are very helpful and they have a lot of patience when it comes to my training. The company is based on clouding, and it’s a great opportunity for me to learn and grow in this environment.
