Natalia Wajda moved into IT First Line Support Technician

I’ve always been interested in working in IT. I just wasn’t sure if I’m any good at it. Without experience, it is very difficult to find a job and knowing how to fix my own PC doesn’t mean that I know everything there is to know about the IT industry. You have to start somewhere and I decided to start with IT Career Switch! Now, I have my CompTIA A+ certification and I’m looking forward to learning more and more in my new job as an IT First Line Support Technician and gaining more experience and maybe even more certifications. Keep working and keep your focus on the goal and I promise – it’s worth it!

It was straightforward. You just have to follow the steps and next thing you know, you’re employed and you are doing the job, which made you choose the Traineeship in the first place. It’s rewarding you greatly in my opinion, because if you put in a lot of work yourself, then you end up with your dream job, which I believe is simply awesome. Moreover, you have support from the IT Career Switch team from start to finish.

It is definitely exceeding my expectations because I’m working within a team, who is super talented, they’re very supportive and understanding that it’s my first job in IT and I’m just learning so much from them every single day and I’ll forever be grateful for that.
