Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship because I wanted a career change and felt like Health and Safety would be most suited for me. It is needed in every industry which means I can work in different environments.
What did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed the independent work and pushing myself to the best of my abilities when it came to achieving the qualifications.
What's your current role like?
My current role involved accident investigation and maintaining the health and safety standards within the warehouse. This includes being proactive and coming up with new measures to improve workplace safety.
