Why did you start the traineeship?
I wanted to work in the IT industry but was unsure how to get started, the traineeship was the perfect solution because I could work and study at the same time.
What did you enjoy most?
I liked that I could work at my own pace, and that the tutors were only an email away. (They were all very helpful).
What's your current role like?
My current role is ‘Remote desktop support engineer’ with an IT service provider working with over 45 businesses. I am responsible for: – Troubleshooting – Installing new software – Technical support – Network support
