Why did you start the traineeship?
I began my traineeship in June 2023 because I was seeking a career change. Like many IT Career Switch students, my goal was to embark on a new career path and to become IT professional.
What did you enjoy most?
The thing I enjoyed the most was learning about networking at my own pace.
What's your current role like?
My current role is great! As an IT technician for multiple schools, there’s plenty to do. Fortunately, my team is helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help develop my practical knowledge and experience.
