Why did you start the traineeship?

I started my traineeship because I wanted to improve my existing skills from personal experience and past part-time jobs in the IT field. I realized that completing this course would be a good basis and an excellent line on my resume to start a professional and long-term career.

What did you enjoy most?

What I appreciate most about this course is the good organization on the part of the IT career switch, the convenient design of a personal path very useful practical assignments and a live lab immediately before taking the exams.

What's your current role like?

My current role is AV & service desk analyst. Most of the time I work in an active directory and scan to solve client problems, reimage laptops and phones, and configure them for further use by users. In addition, my responsibilities include the preliminary configuration of Cisco equipment for business meetings of company employees and clients.
