I was at crossroads with my career. I was passionate about IT ever since I bought my first computer in 1999. Very few institutes offer guaranteed jobs, I wanted a career in IT because it is an important part of every organization, IT enables quick access to information from anywhere as well as being able to simplify tasks with opportunities for future business growth. I strongly believe IT played an integral role during pandemics to enable working from home.

The best thing about traineeship was the guidance every step of the way. There are many aspects of the training I enjoyed, but the thing I appreciated the most was the new knowledge I gained. The training covered a wide range of interesting content. It has been illuminating to learn about how computers and networks work, understanding the backbone of the internet and how a device communicates with another on the other side of the world has been especially fascinating.

I am a system engineer at a very reputable MSP(managed service provider). My current role is very exciting and challenging. I am learning new skills, getting hands-on experience, challenging at times, but when the end-user is satisfied with the solution provided, it makes my day. I am very thankful to the IT Career Switch for helping me achieve my goal of landing a job in IT.
