Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the Traineeship to gain a structured and hands-on pathway into a career in IT, which has always been a goal of mine. I knew that having a comprehensive program like this one would provide the skills and knowledge I needed to confidently enter the field.
What did you enjoy most?
What I enjoyed most was the practical experience and the support from mentors. The program was designed in a way that allowed me to learn at my own pace while still feeling guided and encouraged. The hands-on projects really helped me understand how to apply the skills in a real-world context.
What's your current role like?
My current role is engaging and dynamic! I get to work on troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues, which allows me to apply what I learned during the Traineeship every day. It’s both challenging and fulfilling, and I’m excited about the career growth opportunities ahead.
