Why did you start the traineeship?
I began my traineeship right after finishing my studies at school. My passion for technology and IT drove me to pursue a career in this field but I wasn’t sure where to start, IT Career Switch paved that path for me in a very digestible way.
What did you enjoy most?
The best part of the traineeship was the flexibility. It allowed me to complete it at my own pace, and in the end, I secured a job!
What's your current role like?
I am currently a Systems Support Technician at a mortgage network. My role involves resolving IT issues via calls and emails, and handling internal office issues. Additionally, I’m part of a team creating a new CRM system, which is in the testing and partial release phase. This work is highly engaging and aligns perfectly with my interests.
