Why did you start the traineeship?
Have been interested in IT for a long time, I believed there’d be ever-growing opportunities within the IT industry, and the Traineeship was the place to start.
What did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed being able to learn at my own pace, re-watch videos to further my knowledge and follow along with the notes provided that I could refer back to if needed. The structure of the slides was very thorough and gave just the right amount of information on the topic.
What's your current role like?
My current role as a Service Desk Analyst is very fulfilling. I enjoy being able to solve the issues of the users, be that something simple or complex.
