Why did you start the traineeship?
I wanted to get into IT following my degree, but felt my knowledge in certain areas, such as networking, was lacking, so this Traineeship was the perfect solution to this issue. Industry certifications with a guaranteed job afterwards were the perfect all-in-one solution for me!
What did you enjoy most?
The variety and depth of what is covered in the exams and the fact that I had more control over where I could work location-wise wise and the support I was given.
What's your current role like?
Really varied and a lot to learn, definitely no day is the same, a lot of problem solving, which I love!
