Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I have been using computers from a young age through gaming. I studied geography at university and decided this wasn’t what I wanted to pursue in my future. Luckily, I found IT Career Switch through an advertisement and saw the best career change I could have hoped for.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed this course as it was challenging it kept me engaged and I had the motivation to keep learning it every day as I enjoyed the content. My personal trainee Leigh was very helpful and quick which made studying a lot easier if I needed help.

What's your current role like?

I am an IT Support Technician for B&H Worldwide Ltd, and it is everything I ever wanted as a job. I am learning a lot about the company and the day-to-day role as a support technician.
