Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship because it gave me a clear gateway into the IT industry, not only through the assistance given with finding a placement but the qualifications that I would get along the way.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoy the learning process as a whole, I think that allowing me to learn these essential skills online provided me with the boost that I needed for the workplace. it’s great that I could further my worth to potential employers through pure knowledge.

What's your current role like?

My current role is the repair and configuration of IT equipment primarily used in supermarkets and banking. It is really allowing me to continue growing as an employee in the IT industry. Every day I am challenged to diagnose a wide range of issues and come up with efficient solutions. I feel like the knowledge I have gained up until now will continue to propel me into more advanced roles in the future.
