Why did you start the traineeship?

I felt like I had reached the ceiling in my previous sector, and was getting a little bored with the day to day. This course allowed me to find a career that aligned with a hobby I’ve had for years and years.

What did you enjoy most?

Working at my own pace was great. I really enjoyed the experience of playing with various virtual machines to solidify my learning. As a person that learns by doing, that was the most helpful part of the Traineeship.

What's your current role like?

Rewarding. I’m currently helping the NHS with Covid support across the country. My job varies everyday, and there’s lots to learn, it’s great!
