Why did you start the traineeship?

I was looking to change my career to IT. I had a degree in IT, but it was outdated. So I start my traineeship to update myself and get eligible for IT jobs.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoy the online video tutorials, which I can watch at my convenient. The labs and practice tests are also very helpful. Enjoyed my whole traineeship.

What's your current role like?

My role is IT Service Desk Analyst at NHS Trust.
