Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the Traineeship because I wanted a change of career, IT is an industry that I’ve always wanted to venture into. For me, the best way to do this was by doing the IT Career Switch Traineeship!

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the fact that after all of the videos and learning material I was given access to the Livelabs so that I could actually get hands on and carry out the jobs and processes I’d actually learned about. This was a massive help. I also enjoyed the fact that the guys at career switch were at hand anytime I needed help or information.

What's your current role like?

In my current role, I am a Service Desk Analyst and it’s a job I love doing, I help employees with issues ranging from password problems to hardware faults. I couldn’t have landed this job without the help of the traineeship. Thanks again!
