Why did you start the traineeship?
I decided to start the traineeship after working in the IT recruitment industry which is where I began my research into IT to understand my candidates better. I then decided that I wanted to learn more and become part of the market.
What did you enjoy most?
The traineeship is flexible meaning you can work around your schedule and do not have to attend lectures.
What's your current role like?
My role is going great, I am learning new things in a very welcoming environment.
