Kizzy Sinar moved into Software Engineer

After studying Philosophy at university, I was left to figure things out by myself with little to no real support or guidance on how to make the most out of the skills I had gained. Ultimately, I felt let down and like I had to figure things out myself. Then I found ITCareerSwitch. I decided to enrol in the Coding course because the whole curriculum was well documented from start to finish with a clear objective of taking students with no or limited prior knowledge and setting them up with the vital knowledge they’d need to stand out as a competitive prospective candidate in the fast-paced environment that is IT.

How everything is taught online and that I was able to work at my own pace. If I found one topic slightly harder to grasp, I could put more time aside to make sure I fully understood the theory, whereas in traditional learning environments I’d end up falling behind as I wouldn’t have the extra time needed to fully grasp these more difficult topics.

It’s brilliant, it’s honestly like a dream come true. I get to work with many like-minded people who enjoy the same hobbies as I do. It’s a lovely working environment and I can’t bear to imagine where I would’ve been if I had never plucked the courage to embark on my career change with ITCareerSwitch.
