Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship after feeling stagnant in my work, I’ve always loved tech and it seemed like the logical step towards my development.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the variety of training materials, be it videos, flash cards or pair matching there was always a different type of task to keep the information fresh.

What's your current role like?

My current role as IT Administrator involves being in control of the asset management for the companies phones, laptops and peripherals including tasks such as buying and resetting. I also perform administrative duties such as password resets and account creations across the various platforms the company uses.
