Kiran Sundal's journey

Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship in lockdown as I found that I had a passion for coding and wanted to pursue a career in the industry.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the fact that the course was suitable for me as a beginner. With the support of the tutors, I managed to elevate myself to an employable level. Also, I liked that the program was intense enough to challenge and motivate me, but I received support throughout.

What's your current role like?

In my current role, I am supporting the team in maintaining their content management system and day-to-day business operations. It is fun and engaging, and I’ve learned a lot. My team is very friendly and welcoming. They understand my skillset, appreciate feedback, and provide the support I need to fill in any gaps or areas that I would like to work on.
