Why did you start the traineeship?
When COVID started I realized the future lies with IT technologies and specifically cloud solutions. I then decided it was time for a career change and started to look into ways to achieve this. That’s when I came across an IT career switch and started doing some research into certificates and success stories and ended up starting the traineeship.
What did you enjoy most?
Having the tests along the way kept me motivated and kept me wanting to achieve the certification. After I did pass I got a lot of help with my CV and interviewing skills which I found really useful.
What's your current role like?
I get to investigate issues and come up with solutions, which means every day is different and I learn something new each day.
