Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship as I wanted a career change and a way to get a step into the IT industry which the traineeship has allowed me to do that. I’ve always had a passion for IT and the traineeship has helped massively to progress even further.

What did you enjoy most?

It would be hard to say what I enjoyed the most as there is a lot. Working through the courses was fun as well as the use of live labs which allowed me to put to use of what I had learned and have me confident that I do know what I had learned. Everyone was helpful and always there when needed. I would say the whole process has been amazing and fun.

What's your current role like?

My current role is really fun and exciting. There’s something new to learn every day. I am able to get hands on experience working with servers, switches and firewalls. I am also able to put to use my troubleshooting skills in helping customers solve their issues. Every day is different which I love and look forward to progressing and learning more.
