Why did you start the traineeship?
I started Traineeship because I was looking to enhance my skills and push my career into a new direction to get new challenges and experiences.
What did you enjoy most?
The best part of the program was flexible access to learning materials and variations of them.
What's your current role like?
My current role as Hypercare is a combination of engineering and IT skills, and the projects I’m assigned to require traveling. Pushing me to new challenges and experiences.
