Why did you start the Network Engineer Traineeship?

IT had always been an interest of mine, but not something I ever took too seriously in the past. But after a couple of years working in the film industry, I realised that working in tech would be a better fit for my interests and lifestyle.

What did you enjoy most?

Learning how networks and cloud technologies work was probably the things I enjoyed most about the Traineeship. It has made me interested in the idea of pursuing speciality in networking and later on, cloud solutions.

What's your current role like?

My current role is as a 1st Line Analyst. This means I work on resolving first response incidents and requests where possible and triage for users with more serious issues.
