Why did you start the traineeship?

I wanted to start a proper career rather than just “a job”. I’ve always been good with computers so this felt like a natural path for me.

What did you enjoy most?

I thought learning about the more in-depth material like Network+ and CCNA was really interesting, it definitely helped me gain a more three-dimensional understanding of IT.

What's your current role like?

It’s amazing, everyone has been so welcoming and helpful and it’s been really good to get the chance to practice what I’ve learnt in a supportive environment where not only am I learning new things every day, but I’ve also got the chance to progress.
