Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I started the Traineeship for 2 reasons – 1st because I wanted to switch my career into the IT sector and 2nd because I needed to refresh some of my knowledge and gain some new understanding too. I graduated from Computer Sciences in Bulgaria about 10-11 years ago and since then I have had no professional experience, I expected after completing the Traineeship to be easier for me to get a new job in the desired field as it happened.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed my experience with the Traineeship in total as the video lessons were done in a very professional way with very good examples. Also, the IT Career Switch team was very helpful and I always got prompt responses.

What's your current role like?

My current role is as an IT Support Technician on the Airbus site in Broughton. It is fascinating to be part of such a big company.
