Why did you start the traineeship?
After graduating and not getting any Jobs due to work experience requirements or certificate requirements really started frustrating me and made me realize it University isn’t always the right path for every career or subject such as that of IT/Tech where companies value experience and certificates way more. This is why after finding out about this Traineeship I thought this would be my best option to get started in a career in IT.
What did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed the fact that it was such a easy course to get through and especially the labs were really good to get a proper feel and understanding of the topics.
What's your current role like?
My current role as an IT Support Engineer it’s really interesting and I’m constantly going through new problems and tasks to solve, everyday is something different so you never get bored of it from start to finish.
