Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship when a friend who had also started it told me about it. After doing some research of my own and having a vague idea of what I wanted to do with my life (I knew I wanted to do something IT related) I decided to go for the Cyber Security Traineeship as the course outline and objectives seemed appealing and it was something I could definitely see myself getting into.
What did you enjoy most?
There really aren’t any negatives from my side about the traineeship but I’d say the highlight of it was the work search part. This could be because of the high from passing the A+ exams and getting straight into a job afterwards but I had been unemployed for a while and my agent was really helpful and proactive in helping me find not just a job, but the right job.
What's your current role like?
My current role is quite demanding but it is very rewarding and I’ve learnt so much already and I’ve only been here for a month! All the people are very nice to work with and I look forward to seeing what the future brings for me!
