Why did you start the Cyber Security Traineeship?

I started the traineeship because I felt it was perfect in regards to my passion for problem solving and I was curious to know about IT

What's your current role like?

In my current role, I help our users whenever they have issues with their equipment and make sure that everything is set up should they have a service request.
